Nurse Call Devices
The nurse call system includes various devices, routers, power supplies, cables, etc. The following are some of the main devices.
Bedside device is the core device in the whole room, through which resident can make service or voice calls with staff. At the same time, data hub, data analysis and data transer software are also running on the device.
Pull alarm is mainly installed in the bathroom and public areas. When residents have emergency or service need, they can press the nearby device. This device works with BLE and is powered by AAA batteries, which makes it easy to install.
The handle alarm works in along with bedside device and primarily controls the bedside device through BLE for service or voice calls. Due to its wireless nature and use of AAA batteries, it is easier to carry and use.
Corridor screens are installed in public areas. When residents make service or emergency calls, there will be sound alert for staff to view messages and handle them. This device has set three colors to differentiate priority based on response times.
Mattress is used along with a bedside machine to monitor the resident's sleep condition. When the resident turns over or sit up, the system will automatically remind staff to prevent them from falling out of bed.
Beacon device is a Bluetooth Mesh signal enhancement device that can increase signal when there is signal instability in an area. Beacon is mainly installed through POE or Lan, and network cable installation is a consideration.
